Once Joanne Karrberg was blocked from everything and our entire family, her friend CJ kept breaking my balls.  Long Branch had a terrible fire on Brighton Avenue that devastated  many lives of the occupants and the property owners. People were left homeless and lost everything they had.  My friend Martin owned the largest and most ornate historic structure on Brighton Avenue. It's all gone.   The property owners, as well as myself would love to see the area restored to the original, historic grace it once had.  I was online with a few people who were directly effected and there was a question, if not an accusation, that the area could be developed into more condos like the Renaissance.  I assured them that it would make no sense to even consider Brighton Avenue as a condo site.  But we had a big problem, we need a change in zoning to allow what was there to be built again.  As the conversation continued it got worse.  People who lost everything in that fire were asking me who this person is and why she is doing this to us.  I stopped her by blocking her from any further negative commentary.      

The next day, CJ Rubin started a photo album entitled from my own verbage "Historic Pictures I Have Acquired.."  and began copying many of the images from my www.HistoricLongBranch.org  site and posted them to a site she created.  At first she forgot to crop off my name in the photos.  Then she got help from someone to post them on her site as well as several others without giving photo credit to us or to the private collectors the images came from.  When she notices her error she sarcastically says " Ooops!"   As below.... 

When she notices her "error" twice, she sarcastically says "  Double Ooops!"   As below.... 

David is a good guy. He didn't mean to get involved in what CJ Rubin and her friend Steve (Remarked Below) were doing.. 

This is horrible.  I get permission from Eddy to use his photos on my public site and CJ Rubin uses it just to upset people.

The photo below was a real mistake.  I took this photo below and it appears on my historic web page.   But this is not from "Redevelopment."  The sewer line in front of my building was being replaced.  She must have has her friend help her remove my watermark.

I like her friend asking "How she finds these photos so fast?"

Below she addresses her commentary directly at me that "the pictures were once mine,  and now they're everyone's." 
 And then thanks her friend for helping her post them to many other sites! 

Then, for reasons I can't possibly imagine, Steve attempted to "Friend" me on Facebook.  Perhaps they thought they could access more of my material if connected to me.   I wrote him and asked why would he try to Friend me after what they had just done and said. He asked how I knew they were talking and doing this.  I explained to him that we were all watching them at the time.   I guess that would be a "TRIPLE OOOOPS!"

Marv, who is a great, honest person has the guts to come forward and Bianchi tells him
